Checklist for Graduating Students

Contact your Career Services Advisor to set-up an Initial Advising Session – (614) 253.1713. To obtain a breakdown of which Advisor you will be working with click here. Graduating seniors review your Degree Navigator prior to filling out your Graduating Student Degree Application. If you have already submitted your application, it is highly recommended that you review your degree navigator record, full report with course status, for any outstanding courses. Please contact your program dean with any questions regarding your degree navigator. |
| Complete Career Services Information Sheet | Career Services Information Sheet (Word format) All graduating (undergraduate) students must download a copy of this document, complete the form and email it to Career Services by the beginning of the month of your final semester. | Order your Graduation Regalia | Order your Graduation Regalia (required if attending the ceremony); Caps, gowns, class rings, announcements will be available for purchase via Jostens online ordering. | Graduation Celebration | R.S.V.P. for our upcoming Graduating Celebration Day!!!
This is a dinner for all graduating seniors (undergrad and graduate school) to be held on (Date) TBD. There will be prizes and Jostens will be giving away one free package of 25 persnalized graduation announcements! There is no fee to attend but you must R.S.V.P. with Kenrena Mam to secure your spot. Taken before and during the ceremony. Videotape of the ceremony will also be available. Pictures will be taken by Bruce Heflin Photography (614) 478-5345. View proofs at http://www.mypicturesnow.com/. Proofs and information will be mailed to your permanent address about two weeks after the ceremony. |
| Parking Costs |
Approximately $5.00 per car. Parking at COSI may be at higher rate. |
| Honor and Academics Cords |
Academic Club Honors (Delta Epsilon Iota, Tau Alpha Pi and Alpha Sigma Lambda) and Academic Honor cords will be distributed the day of the commencement ceremony at the graduate check-in station. |
