Workshops

Career Services offers a career preparation workshops for final semster students. While these workshops carry no course credit, it does offer valuable job seeking information. The workshops are taught by our Career Advisors, and meets for one hour, once a month for a semester. Many vital topics are covered in these workshops, including benefits, interviewing, and "marketing yourself." However, it is not unusual for an advisor to bring job leads and interview schedules to the workshops. On occasion companies will visit your workshops to do presentations. Therefore, regular attendance to these workshops offers many advantages to a job seeking student.
